After leaving Seguso Vetri d'Arte in 1942, Archimede Seguso formed his own glass factory in 1946, called Vetraria Archimede Seguso, with himself as artistic director and chief designer. He was joined by his oldest son Gino Seguso in 1959, and his second son Giampaolo Seguso followed in 1964. They were joined by Gino's son Antonio Seguso in 1985. Archimede Seguso died in 1999, however the company is still active today.
