	We have, at least as far as I am aware, the largest wide ranging selection of antique + collectable glassware in the world available in our online shop, spanning at the last count, 74 glass manufacturers from over 10 different countries! We usually have just short of a thousand pieces of glassware in stock, with plenty of choices to suit all tastes and budgets.
Accuracy
	The condition of all our items is accurately described, down to fleabites, water staining and noticeable scratches, with photographs of any damage, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.
Postage & Packaging
	The number one concern for anyone buying antique + collectable glassware online has to be fear of their item being damaged during transit. To put your mind at ease, at the time of writing this, we have been dealing solely in glass for 8 years, and post approximately 1000 items of glass a year, all around the world.  In that time I'm proud to say we've only had a total of 2 breakages, which I think is pretty good going. Also, in the unlikely event of a breakage or loss, we do accept responsibility, and a full refund will be made.
Refund Policy
	We have a no quibble refund policy on all our items, so if you change your mind for any reason, you can return your purchase for a full refund of the item price. If we make a serious error in our description (such as missing chips or cracks), shipping costs will also be refunded.
