Victorian Vaseline Uranium Opalescent Glass Posy Vase

Description

A wonderful Victorian yellow + opalescent white glass posy vase with eight way crimped rim and applied clear glass base, circa 1880's/90's. Made in vaseline/uranium yellow green glass, which glows bright green in UV light. Probably British in origin.

Size

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a minute fleabite to the tip of one of the "feet" on the base, a small blob of extra glass to the inside (from manufacture), some very minor internal water staining, and a small nick to the outside of the top rim, all shown in final pictures.
