Murano/Venetian Orange & Amber Sommerso Glass Vase

Description

A Venetian organic glass vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of orange glass cased in amber glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 6.25 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

No chips or cracks other than a tiny, smooth nick or possibly a manufacturing dimple, to the base rim, shown in picture 6.
