Archimede Seguso Alabastro Pink Glass Rabbit Sculpture

Description

This is a magnificent 1950/60's Venetian sculptural glass rabbit, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of pink and white glass, blended together in a style known as alabastro glass. Attributed to Archimede Seguso.

Size

Measures approx 5.25 inches tall by 4.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a slight bevelling to the inside bottom edge of one foot, which may indicate possible minor restoration (small chip may have been ground out).  Shown in final picture.
