Jobling #6000 Art Deco Opaline/Opalescent Glass Flower Plate

Description

A wonderful art deco glass plate, made in opaline/opalescent glass. Made by British company Jobling in the 1930's, part of their 'Flower' pattern range (catalogue number 6000). Featured in the book "A Collectors Guide to Jobling 1930's Decorative Glass", page 41. Jobling's opalescent glass was made to rival Lalique glassware, and the range was named Opalique.

Size

Measures approx 0.5 inches tall by 7 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a few minor surface scratches.
