Description

A beautiful amethyst (purple) & clear glass "Chess" vase, from the textured range designed by Geoffrey Baxter for the renowned British firm Whitefriars, pattern number 9817. Shown in catalogues 1972 - 1974.

Size

Measures approx 5.75 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a really minute, faint blemish or bruise mark to one corner near the base, shown in final picture.
