Carlo Moretti Satinato Blue Murano Glass 9.5" Stem Vase

Description

This is a magnificent Venetian frosted blue glass vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. It was produced by Carlo Moretti, and is known as a "satinato" vase. Shown in the excellent book "Italian Glass - Century 20" by Leslie Pina, page 46.

Size

Measures approx 9.5 inches tall by 2.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
