Murano / Venetian Red & Blue Vintage Glass Swan Sculpture

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass swan sculpture, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy.  In a stunning combination of red and blue glass encased in clear glass.

Size

Measures approx 7.25 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

No chips or cracks, just some rub marks to one side of the beak, possibly the result of minor restoration (tiny chips ground out) although there doesn't seem to be any glass missing, so could just be a manufacturing flaw. Shown in final picture.
