Archimede Seguso Alabastro Murano Glass Rabbit Sculpture

Description

This is a magnificent 1950/60's Venetian sculptural glass rabbit, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of opaque cranberry pink and white glass, known as alabastro glass. This piece was most likely made by Archimede Seguso.

Size

Measures approx 6.75 inches tall by 2.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a tiny nibble or indentation to one foot, and a few small black specks to the top of the head from the manufacturing process, all shown in final pictures.
