Archimede Seguso Red & Gold Leaf Glass Bowl - Labelled

Description

This is a magnificent small 1950/60's Venetian glass bowl/ashtray, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of red glass with a swirling ribbed pattern, trimmed with a crimped clear glass rim filled with gold leaf inclusions. This piece was made by Archimede Seguso, and still bears not one but two of their scalloped factory labels.

Measures approx 1.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
