Galliano Ferro Murano Sommerso Turquoise & Blue Glass Stem Vase

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass teardrop stem vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, and attributed to Galliano Ferro. In a stunning combination of turquoise green glass cased in blue glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 9.5 inches tall by 2.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a couple of nicks to the rim, and a minute fleabite to one side, all shown in final pictures.
