Stölzle #19417 Czech Art Deco 1930's Amber Glass Bowl

Description

A wonderful art deco amber glass lidded bowl. Made by Austrian company Stölzle in the 1930's, and produced in their Czech based Heřmanova Hut factory, pattern number 19417. This pattern is shown in the catalogues on the CD that accompanies the book Sklo Union - Art Before Industry by Marcus Newhall.

Size

Measures approx 4 inches tall by 5.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has several nibbles to the underneath side of the lid, shown in final pictures, and not visible when on display.
