Stölzle #19279 Czech Art Deco Uranium Green Glass Bowl

Description

A wonderful art deco part frosted green glass oval bowl, made in uranium green glass, which glows brightly in UV light.  Made by Austrian company Stölzle in the 1930's, and produced in their Czech based Heřmanova Hut factory, pattern number 19279.  This pattern is shown in the catalogues on the CD that accompanies the book Sklo Union - Art Before Industry by Marcus Newhall.

Size

Measures approx 3.75 inches tall by 10.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a nibbles to the base, shown in final picture.
