Walther Art Deco Pink Glass Arabella Nude Lady Centerpiece Bowl Set

Description

A wonderful art deco frosted pink glass semi-nude lady 'Arabella' figurine with 'Fisch' bowl centerpiece set. Made by German company Auguste Walther & Söhne in the 1930's, and featured in their 1934 product catalogue.

Size

When assembled the entire set measures approx 8.25 inches tall by 9.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

The figurine is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. The flower frog has a nibble to the base edge, and the bowl has a small area to the base rim edge where a tiny chip may have been ground out. All shown in final pictures. Also mentioned for accuracy, there are a couple of manufacturing "straw marks", normal for pressed glass, and the flower frog has a slight wobble to it when placed in the bowl.
