Victorian Pink, Yellow & Clear Glass Peacock Eye Trails / Cairngorm Bowl

Description

A beautiful Victorian clear glass machine threaded bowl with applied pink and uranium yellow green 'peacock eye trails' decoration, the design is also known as 'Cairngorm'. Designs such as this were produced by several factories from England, most notably Stuart & Sons, but also Stevens & Williams, Thomas Webb and Richardson. Bohemian/Czech maker Harrach are also known to have made some similar glassware. Ground and polished pontil mark to base.
