Gordiola Spanish Turquoise Glass Five Spout Vase

Description

Here is an exquisite turquoise glass five spouted vase with applied decoration. Made in Spain, by Gordiola, this design can be seen in their online catalogue (bottom of page) [Link]. Wrongly identified as a Vittorio Zecchin design for Venini in Leslie Pina's book "Italian Glass: Century 20", page 103, however it is not shown in any known Venini books or catalogues.

Size

Measures approx 8 inches tall by 7 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a manufacturing flaw to the applied decoration on one of the spouts, and could do with a good clean internally.
