P. Carrasco Murano Style Blue Glass Vintage Sculpture Bowl

Description

Here is a magnificent 1950/60's freeform blue glass sculpture bowl. Although very Murano in style, I suspect this is of Spanish origin. It bears a label which reads "P. Carrasco, FG". The name Carrasco sounds very Spanish, and similar sculptures were made by Spanish factory Viartec. This could be a rival factory making similar products, or a retailer label.

Size

Measures approx 7.5 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Has a few nibbles to the base rim edge, and a bruise mark also to the base, all shown in final pictures.
