Description

This is a magnificent Venetian glass small vase or match holder, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Made by V Nason & C., part of their Avventurina range, and still bears the factory label. This style label was used until 1989. In a stunning combination of black glass with lots of copper aventurine inclusions.

Size

Measures approx 3 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a tiny fleabite to the rim, shown in final picture.
