Galliano Ferro Murano Blue & Green Sommerso Glass Stem Vase

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass teardrop stem vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, and attributed to Galliano Ferro. In a stunning combination of green glass encased in blue glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 10 inches tall by 3 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks aside from a couple of tiny fleabite nicks to the top inside rim and base rim, shown in final pictures.
