Murano Sommerso Vintage Red & Blue Glass Stem Vase

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass stem vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of red glass cased in blue glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 8.25 inches tall by 2.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just some minor internal staining from use, very hard to see, I've tried to show in final picture.
