Description
A Venetian organic glass sculpture vase or bowl, made on the island of
Murano, near Venice, Italy. Most likely made by the
Cristallo Venezia CCC glassworks. Very similar pieces with the same star shaped base can be found online with labels that read

here. In a stunning combination of blue glass cased in green glass, using the renowned Venetian
sommerso technique.
Size
Measures approx 7.5 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.
Condition
Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a manufacturing flaw - a thin elongated air bubble to one side which has lost its surface (looks like a scratch), shown in final picture.
