Description

Here is an exquisite 1950's small Venetian green & yellow glass fazzoletto (handkerchief) vase. Made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy, by famous manufacturers Venini, designed by Fulvio Bianconi, in collaboration with Paolo Venini, in 1948. Bears their three line acid stamp manufacturing mark to the base, which reads: "Venini, Murano, Italia". Made with alternating stripes of lattice criss cross zanfirico filigree strands.

Size

Measures approx 3.25 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
