This is an exquisite 1950's or earlier Venetian glass sculptural dolphin place holder, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. The wonderfully detailed sculpture of a dolphin is filled with gold leaf inclusions.

Size

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 2.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
