Cristallo Venezia Murano Red & Clear Sommerso Glass Star Bowl

Description

A Venetian organic glass star shaped sculpture bowl / ashtray, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Made by the Cristallo Venezia CCC glassworks. Very similar pieces can be found online with labels that read "Cristallo Venezia, CCC". In a stunning combination of orangey red glass encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Measures approx 4 inches tall by 10.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a couple of nicks to the base rim, shown in final pictures.
