SIGNED Kosta Boda #1328 Black Glass Vase by Vicke Lindstrand

Description

A stunning Scandinavian black and clear cased glass small vase with controlled bubble design, made by Kosta Boda of Sweden, designed by Vicke Lindstrand. Signed to base: "Kosta, LH 1328". The code "LH" means "hand formed by Lindstrand", and the pattern number 1328 can be dated to 1958 - 1959.

Please note: Although this vase is obviously too small to hold a bunch of flowers, it is still classed as a vase. Small vases like this were often used to hold flower heads, or miniature "sweetpea" flowers, or simply used as decorative ornaments.

Size

Measures approx 3.25 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
