Lindshammar / JC Blue Hooped Glass Vase by Gunna Ander

Description

A beautiful Scandinavian 1970's blue 'hooped' glass vase with white interior casing. Made by Swedish maker Lindshammar, and imported to the UK by British company JC (Jones & Co). Still bears the original import label. An interesting design, this vase can be found with Lindshammar or Alsterbro labels. It was designed by Gunnar Ander, who was chief designer at both factories in the 1960's, when they had the same owner. When the Alsterbro factory closed, all production was then moved to Lindshammar.
