Riihimaki #1307 Riihimaen Glass Helena Tynell 'Palkki' Vase - Label

Description

A stunning large and heavy (1.7 kilos unpacked) Scandinavian clear glass 'Palkki' vase / bowl. Made by Riihimaki (also known as Riihimaen Lasi Oy) of Finland, and designed by Helena Tynell in 1966, pattern number 1307. Reference: [click here]. Still bears the original factory label (some wear).

Size

Measures approx 4.5 inches tall by 7.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a couple of small nicks to the inside rim, and a small manufacturing air bubble which has lost its surface, all shown in final pictures. For accuracy there are also a couple of small surface scratches which do not show up on camera.
