Alsterfors #S5014 Red Cased Glass Vase - Signed Per Ström '68

Description

A stunning Scandinavian orangey red cased glass 'hooped' vase with white interior casing. Made by Alsterfors of Sweden in 1968, and designed by Per Olof Ström, pattern number S 5014. Signed to base "P. Ström 68". Also bears the remains of the original factory label, but this is very worn away, see pictures.

Size

Measures approx 5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of microscopic fleabites to the rim, shown in final picture. Barely noticeable at all and only mentioned for accuracy.
