Description

A beautiful British amethyst/purple glass vase, from the famous glass making region of Stourbridge. Made by Thomas Webb around the 1930's/40's, part of their 'Gay Glass' range, the design is called Venetian Ripple. No factory marking, as is the case with many of these.

Size

Measures approx 8 inches tall by 4.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a minor manufacturing flaw to the base, shown in final picture, and a few small surface scratches.
