Langham Speckled Brown Glass Bird Paperweight - Marked

Description

A stunning British speckled brown glass paperweight sculpture of a "woodcock" bird. Made by Langham Glass, from their "Birds of a Feather" range, marked to base. Based on the range of animals + plants originally designed by Ronald Stennett-Willson and Paul Miller for Wedgwood in the 1970's. Langham was set up by Paul Miller in 1979 after he left Wedgwood, where production of many of these animal designs continued.

Size

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 5.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
