Mstisov Czech Glass Pizzicato Bowl by Hana Machovská

Description

A stunning large and very heavy (2 kilos unpacked) Czech amber + blue glass biomorphic bowl with controlled bubble effect. Made by the Mstisov glassworks, and designed by Hana Machovská in the 1950's/60's, part of the 'Pizzicato' range.

Size

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 11.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a tiny fleabite to the rim, shown in final picture, and a few minor surface scratches.
