Mstisov Czech Amber/Blue Glass Vase 53095 - Frantisek Zemek

Description

A stunning Czech amber + blue organic glass vase. Made by the Mstisov glassworks, and designed by Frantisek Zemek in the 1950's, pattern number 53095. Has an unusual acid stamp marking to the base. This piece is shown in the 1958 Czech Glass Review, kindly provided online by Jindřich Pařík [link].

Measures approx 7.25 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
