A stunning, heavy Czech/Bohemian glass sculptural vase. In a stunning combination of amber glass encased in blue glass. Made by Skrdlovice, designed by Maria Stahlikova in 1955, pattern number 5568. This piece is shown in the original Skrdlovice pattern book drawings, see last image (with kind permission, and copyright of Jindřich Pařík www.CzechGlassGuide.cz).

Size

Measures approx 9 inches tall by 2.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just some surface scratches.
