Description

An 1890's Bohemian multicoloured blown glass trophy vase, made using a technique known as "spatter" or "splatter" glass. Most likely made by the Franz Welz factory. Glows bright yellow under UV light in places, due to the presence of cadmium sulphide in the glass mixture.

Size

Measures approx 7.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a tiny nick to the rim, shown in final picture.
