Franz Welz Pair of Victorian Bohemian Clear Glass Thorn Vases

Description

A stunning pair of Victorian 1900's Bohemian clear glass "thorn" vases. Consist of a tubular flower holder with rustic stylised tree root "feet", and pulled out thorns. Made by Franz Welz. Reference: [click here].

Size

Measure approx 7.75 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Both vases have some chipping to the rims, and one has a nibble to the tip of one of the base feet, all shown in final pictures. There is also some internal staining to one vase, see pictures, and a couple of minute nicks to the thorns, too small to photograph.
