Czech Zelezny Brod Amber Glass Vase - Miloslav Klinger

Description

A stunning heavy Czech organic glass vase, made in smoky amber glass. Made by the Zelezny Brod glassworks, also known as Železnobrodské Sklo (ZBS), and designed by Miloslav Klinger in the 1960's/70's. A vase from this range is shown in the book "Hi Sklo Lo Sklo" by Mark Hill, page 48. Still has what is left of the label, but there is nothing readable left on it.

Size

Measures approx 9.75 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a surface scratch on one side, shown in final picture.
