Welz Bohemian Pink & White Spatter Glass Enamelled Vase

Description

An 1890's Bohemian variegated pink + white blown glass vase, made using a technique known as "spatter" or "splatter" glass, with hand painted enamelled decoration. Most likely made by the Franz Welz factory. Reference: [click here] and [here].

Measures approx 7.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a nick to the rim, shown in final picture, and some wear to the painted decoration.
