Walther Art Deco Uranium Glass 'Gorlitz' Bowl & Frog

Description

A wonderful art deco green glass centrepiece bowl % flower frog set. Made in uranium green glass, which glows brightly in UV light. Produced by German company Auguste Walther & Söhne in the 1930's, known as 'Gorlitz', and is featured in their 1936 product catalogue (see picture below).

Size

Measures approx 2 inches tall by 10.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than a couple of fleabites to the base of the bowl and base of the flower frog, shown in final pictures.
