Victorian Green & Clear Glass & Silver 'Tadpole Trails' Bowl

Description

A beautiful Victorian 1900's clear glass bowl with applied green 'Tadpole' trailed decoration. Has a metal rim and handle, most likely silver plated, but there are no markings and I'm not sure how to know for certain, so please see pictures to judge. Probably also had a metal lid at some point, but if so this is missing. Designs such as this were produced by several factories from England, most notably Stuart & Sons, but also Stevens & Williams, Thomas Webb and Richardson. Bohemian/Czech maker Harrach are also known to have made some similar glassware.

Measures approx 2.25 inches tall (5 with handle up) by 4.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just some age wear to the metal, see pictures.
