Description

An exquisite and extremely rare art deco blue glass owl bookend. Made by British company Bagley & Co, and has the design registration number '798842' on the base.  Shown in the 1936 Bagley Glass catalogue.

Size

Measures approx 5.75 inches tall by 4 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Good condition, just a teeny tiny nick to the tip of one ear, and a few nibbles to one corner of the underneath base rim, all shown in final pictures.
