A beautiful mottled blue & clear cased glass item with controlled bubble effect, origin and age unknown. I'm assuming it is a candle holder/votive, as a tealight (not included) fits nicely in the middle, see pictures.

Measures approx 1.25 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.
