Giltoy Pair of Art Deco Chrome Plated Dolphin Candlesticks

Description

A wonderful pair of 1940's art deco chrome plated stylised dolphin candlesticks. I'm not sure what the base metal is. Made by Giltoy Products Ltd of Birmingham. The base section has "Giltoy, Reg Des 877749, Base No 4" embossed on the inside, and the top section has "Giltoy, Reg 874659" embossed on the inside, which would suggest a date of late 1940's.

Size

Measure approx 7.75 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Age wear to chrome plated finish as to be expected, see pictures.
