Archimede Seguso Alabastro Pink & White Murano Glass Swan

Description

This is a magnificent 1950/60's Venetian sculptural glass swan, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy.  Made by Archimede Seguso, no markings or labels, but a labelled example of this same design, but with the head down instead of up, can be found online. Reference: [click here]. In a stunning combination of opaque pink and white glass, known as alabastro glass.

Measures approx 8.25 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
