Aureliano Toso / Dino Martens Mezza Filigrana Orange Glass Vase

Description

Here is a wonderful 1950's Venetian glass vase, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Made by Aureliano Toso and designed by Dino Martens. The design is known as Mezza Filigrana. Decorated with alternating stripes of orange and white Filigree strands and copper aventurine. This range is shown in the book Dino Martens, Muranese Glass Designer by Marc Heiremans, page 167.

Size

Measures approx 4.5 inches tall by 3.25 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
