Cristallo Venezia CCC Murano Pink & Blue Sommerso Glass Bowl

Description

Here is a magnificent 1950/60's Venetian freeform glass sculpture bowl, probably made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Made by the Cristallo Venezia CCC glassworks. Unmarked, but at the time of listing this, I have this same shape in green & gold leaf, with their factory label that reads "Cristallo Venezia, CCC". In a stunning combination of pink glass cased in blue glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the Venetian developed sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 3.5 inches tall by 9 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a surface scratch to the top side, shown in final picture.
