Description

Here is a wonderful 1950/60's Venetian glass fish sculpture, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. In a stunning combination of red glass cased in amber glass, which is further encased in clear glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique, with an applied amber and clear glass lobed pedestal base.

Size

Measures approx 10.5 inches tall by 5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of tiny surface scratches.
