Cristallo Venezia CCC Murano Pink & Blue Sommerso Glass Bowl

Description

A Venetian organic glass sculpture bowl, made on the island of Murano, near Venice, Italy. Most likely made by the Cristallo Venezia CCC glassworks. Very similar pieces can be found online with labels that read "Cristallo Venezia, CCC". In a stunning combination of pink glass encased in blue glass, using the renowned Venetian sommerso technique.

Size

Measures approx 7.5 inches tall by 6 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a couple of small open air bubbles on the surface to the inside area of the bowl, from the manufacturing process, shown in final picture.
