Description

A superb 1930's Czech / Bohemian orangey red blown glass vase with applied dark blue glass rim and hot glass windings. Probably by Welz or Kralik. Known as "mono-coloured" or "tango" glass, this technique was developed by Loetz around 1914.

Size

Measures approx 7.25 inches tall by 3.75 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, just a minor manufacturing flaw to the base rim (looks like a little bit of white ash), shown in final picture.
