Czech / Bohemian 1930's Yellow & Black Tango Glass Vase

Description

A superb 1930's Czech/Bohemian bright yellow blown glass vase with applied black glass rim and trailing. Probably by Welz or Kralik. Known as "Mono-coloured" or "Tango" glass, this technique was developed by Loetz around 1914.

Size

Measures approx 9.5 inches tall by 4.5 inches in diameter at widest point.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks other than some minor loss to the very tip of the applied trailing, shown in final picture.
